FAQ

Everything you need before you upload.

A simple guide to how Reminisce works, what files to send, and what happens between checkout and delivery.

Secure upload flow

Every order comes with a dedicated upload page where you can add photos and videos from your phone or computer before submitting the final set for production.

Clear delivery expectations

Most memory movies are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after you submit your files, so you always know when editing starts and what happens next.

How it works

Reminisce is designed to feel simple from purchase to delivery. You handle the upload once, and we handle the editing.

What happens after I order?

Checkout takes under 2 minutes. Right after payment, you land on a secure upload page for your order where you add your photos and videos, then submit the project when everything is ready.

How many files should I send?

Share the photos and short videos that best tell the story. You do not need to over-curate; a strong mix of close-ups, candid moments, and a few wider shots usually works well.

When does editing start?

We begin production once you click Submit Order in the upload portal. That tells us your file set is complete and ready to edit.

How long does delivery take?

Your film is created after you submit the memories for your order. If your story is tied to a specific date, confirm the current timeline before purchasing.

What files to upload

You do not need professional footage. The best results usually come from meaningful photos, a few short clips, and a clear sense of the moment you want the film to capture.

Which file types are supported?

You can upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, MP4, MOV, GIF, and WEBP files. The upload portal accepts both photos and short video clips.

How large can each file be?

Each individual file can be up to 500MB. If you have a longer video, trim it to the most meaningful section before uploading.

What kinds of photos work best?

Use a mix of portrait shots, candid moments, group photos, and a few environmental images. That variety gives the final movie emotional range and smoother pacing.

Should I include videos too?

Yes, when you have them. A handful of short clips can add movement and emotional texture, especially for weddings, family milestones, and memorial tributes.
